Come join the club for a leisurely tour of the cape area.  The tour will start at Plymouth Rock area of downtown Plymouth. Our route is just over 80 miles and will take us along bay side coast to Manomet point. The tour will continue along the coast to Scusset Beach Reservation where we will stop to take in the views. We will then cross over the Cape Cod canal and travel along the Buzzards Bay coast, traveling through Pocasset, North Falmouth, and Falmouth.  The tour will then head north through several wildlife areas, ending at the Heritage Museums and Gardens. The club will be providing a “grinder”, chips, and water for lunch – please let us know if you have any food allergies or you wish to not participate in lunch.
The reminder of the day will be spent at the Heritage Museums & Gardens in a self-guided format – the museum will be open until 5PM.  Heritage Museums & Gardens’ collections celebrate the culture, work, leisure, and life of people in southeastern New England, with a special emphasis on Cape Cod and the Islands.
Heritage Gardens offers 100 spectacular acres of trees and shrubs, designed gardens, exquisite flowers and sweeping lawns. The gardens are a delight any time of year.

The American Automobile Collection at Heritage features 42 outstanding examples of automobiles, from the 1899 Winton to our 1965 Ford Country Squire Station Wagon.  There are also beautiful examples of Cord’s, Packard’s and Auburn’s production runs.
